Please provide appropriate information for verification if needed. Multiple submissions are accepted but each category must be submitted on a separate form. Multiple submissions received on a single form will be returned for correct re-submission.
Submission forms must be filled out entirely to be accepted. A Company VP or higher MUST be included for the company being submitted for security verification! SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DENIED OR RETURNED IF VERIFICATION OF A COMPANY EXECUTIVE CAN NOT BE VERIFIED.

Strategic Initiative & Overview: Please provide an explanation of why your entry satisfies the criteria chosen above. Judges will look for information regarding the overall business value and/or marketing challenge along with a solid understanding of the company strategy. Please ensure your submission references research, creativity, integration of media types, demographics as well as other strategic considerations for the innovation of the submission.

Impact of Technology Used In Industry: Please provide a detailed explanation surrounding the innovation of the technology used. Explain how you maximized/optimized the technology used. Feel free to use use both quantitative and qualitative data.

Tell Us Why You Deserve To Win: Please provide a short explanation of why your entry should win. Make it as impactful, creative and exciting as you can.

Creativity: We encourage you to use the designated section for all Website links, sample pages and promos, etc. Please be sure all URLS, downloads and links are live and working before you submit and stay active until the entire judging process is over.

THE MEA’S WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AFTER SUBMISSIONS HAVE BEEN INITIALLY RECEIVED. ALL URL’S AND LINKS MUST BE INCLUDED/EMBEDDED IN THE SUBMISSION FORM. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Payment and submissions MUST accompany each other to qualify. Any payments made prior to submission deadline without a submission to avoid a late fee will be charged a late fee.

It is the submitters responsibility to fully read all category descriptions and comply with the legal terms and conditions of the MEA organization. I. ENTRY MATERIALS CHECKLIST
I.a. You must fill out the entire submission form. Missing information will result in disqualification. Supporting evidence such as any documentation, photos, demos, URL’s, etc. MUST be sent with submissions to qualify. Any submissions submitted without supporting evidence will be disqualified. Photos, URL’s, supporting evidence are required for each submission so judges can properly understand the demonstration and scope of your entry to ensure proper assessment of your content, application or services, etc.
I.b. Please do NOT include agency identification or generic emails in company info as contact. A Company VP MUST be included in the company portion of the submission form for security verification OR SUBMISSION WILL BE DENIED OR RETURNED UNTIL VERIFICATION OF A SUBMITTED EXECUTIVE CAN BE VERIFIED. Corporate executive contact info for each company MUST be submitted on the submission form.

II. JUDGING PROCESS
II.a. The judges’ decisions are final. Details of the judging panel meetings will not be disclosed and all entries will be treated as strictly confidential. Only details of the award winners and short-listed entries in each category will be published. Please indicate any information on either the entry form or supporting material that is commercially sensitive and for the judges’ eyes only.
II.b. Judges will be scoring companies on information and supporting evidence that will help to drive solutions and market initiatives that accelerate the growth of the mobile entertainment industry as a whole, and will give particular focus to criteria specified below:

III. SUBMISSION AGREEMENT

III.a. By submitting your entry to the Media Excellence Awards, you hereby grant the organizers the right to disseminate details and materials from the entry in any medium for editorial, analytical, and any other purposes. You also grant the organizers permission to contact all names submitted as part of my entry for any and all purposes pertaining to the awards programs for clarification if needed. The Media Excellence Awards Committee reserves the right to reposition an entry into a category more appropriately suited to its attributes, based on interpretation of the entries and categories. Entries after the deadline will not be guaranteed for consideration.
III.b. All submission fees to include any late fees must be made at time to submission. Payments are accepted by check or credit card only. If paying online with PayPal, submission company must be referenced to ensure proper payment credit.
